– According to the Panopticon, created in Britain, the observer holds power.
– However, the one who possesses sight simultaneously holds ‘power’ and ‘fear’. This is an asymmetry of power.
– In other words, without a gaze, there is no ‘power’, and if one cannot see ahead, there is no ‘fear’.
What do you see in the endlessly flowing time?
