An Army of 100 Trillion – 2026-09-13

Fake it until you make it.
If you first act as the person you haven’t yet become, one day that image will become your true self.
The book ‘The Power’ discusses the importance of thoughts within our bodies.
In other words, our bodies change according to the thoughts we have.
This serves as the basic principle of self-healing in autosuggestion and alternative medicine.
There are as many as 100 trillion cells inside your body.
These 100,000,000,000,000 cells work tirelessly to give you life!
100 trillion cells are under your command, and you govern and direct them through your thoughts, feelings, and beliefs.
Whatever beliefs you hold about your body, your cells believe the same.
Your cells never question what you think, feel, or believe.
In fact, your cells are listening to the story you tell through your thoughts, feelings, and beliefs.

While looking through my past records, I actually came across notes I had written during the early days of my business.
It seems I was vividly picturing the person I wanted to become in the future and imagining it every day.
I remember following the book ‘Your First 100 Million’ (Super Success) by author <Dan Peña> exactly as written.
Some of those things are coming to fruition while others are slower to grow, but the important thing is that the overall direction of my life is flowing exactly as I envisioned.

In fact, it is said that healthy and positive thoughts have a significant impact on the treatment of autoimmune diseases and psoriasis.
You get what you see
Can the mind produce a skin reaction to real or imagined stimuli? (Healing Psoriasis, page 186)
It is certainly possible.
Two Japanese doctors, Y. Ikemi and Nakagawa, obtained surprising results from an experiment using a plant similar to poison ivy.
When patients were under hypnosis and told the plant was harmless, touching the poison ivy leaves to their skin produced no reaction. Conversely, when harmless leaves were touched to the skin with the suggestion that they were toxic, a clear reaction occurred. The patients’ skin became red and irritated. The patients’ subconscious did not judge the issue but accepted the suggestion as truth and reacted accordingly (this topic was covered in the previous chapter). Now, it can be said that the mind—including thoughts and emotions—affects skin reactions.

It is no lie that if you imagine and pray every day for the future you want and the things you want to achieve, they will actually come true. Many influential people and entrepreneurs have taken on numerous challenges using ‘autosuggestion,’ and some have truly achieved what they desired.
Jim Carrey | Actor and Comedian
He wrote himself a check for $10 million while imagining himself as a successful actor.
Arnold Schwarzenegger | Actor, Bodybuilder, and Politician
He vividly pictured a future where he won Mr. Olympia, moved to America, and succeeded as a movie star.
Lady Gaga | Singer and Actress
Since her days as an unknown, she repeatedly practiced strong self-affirmation that she would become a world-class artist.
Michael Phelps | Swimmer
He repeatedly simulated race scenes and even unexpected situations in his mind.
Muhammad Ali | Boxer
He used strong verbal autosuggestion by repeatedly declaring his victory before a match.
Michael Jordan | Basketball Player
He used visualization training to picture games and successful shots in his head.
Furthermore, according to the ‘wave principle’ theory, for difficult conditions like incurable or autoimmune diseases,
there are cases of healing by using treatment methods that trick the brain to correct malfunctions.
Ultimately, even if reality differs from your imagination, it may not be wrong to say that you can reach that state if you don’t give up and consistently imagine, act, and emulate it.
